Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect information only when you choose to send it to us through one of the forms on this site. We use it to answer you. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers — we cannot see who you are unless you tell us.

What we collect, and when

There are three forms on this website. Each one collects only what it needs:

• Contact Us — your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.
• Product Registry — your name, email address, phone number, the model you bought, where and when you bought it.
• Hardware & Replacement Parts — your name, email address, phone number, the parts you have selected, and any notes you add.

Browsing the site collects nothing. There is no account to create and no newsletter sign-up.

How a form submission reaches us

When you submit a form, it is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service acting on our behalf. Your submission passes through their systems in order to reach us. We do not use them for anything else, and they do not use your details to market to you.

Once it arrives, your message sits in our email at Orbelle Trade Inc. like any other customer enquiry.

Cookies, tracking and storage

This site sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session tracking and no profiling of visitors.

One small thing is stored in your own browser: if you use the accessibility toolbar (bottom-left of every page) to change text size, contrast or motion, your choice is remembered on your device so the site looks the same next time. It never leaves your browser, we cannot read it, and clearing your browser data or pressing Reset Settings removes it.

Other services this site touches

• Google Fonts — the typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address as part of that request. This is how the site's text is displayed.
• Links to retailers — pages such as Where to Buy link out to Wayfair, Walmart, Amazon and others. Once you follow a link you are on their website, under their privacy policy, not ours.
• Retailer Portal — our wholesale ordering system is a separate, password-protected system with its own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep customer correspondence for as long as it is useful for warranty, parts and service history — a replacement part request from two years ago helps us help you today. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Children

We make furniture for children, but this website is intended for adults making a purchase. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill in for this — an email is enough. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; we will honour those requests regardless of where you are.
