What's covered, for how long, and how to make a claim.

15-Day Limited Warranty Original purchaser only

All Orbelle furniture comes with a 15-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from your original purchase date. Orbelle will repair or provide replacement parts for any item found to be defective under normal use.

What's Not Covered

  • Product cannot be returned after 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Coverage applies only to the original purchaser — it does not transfer with resale.
  • Damage from shipping/freight carriers must be claimed directly with the carrier, not Orbelle.
  • Normal wear, misuse, or damage from not following the instruction manual is not covered.
  • The warranty is void if repairs are attempted by an unauthorized third party.

How to File a Claim

Call us at 516-481-1500 (Mon–Thu 9am–4pm, Fri 9am–3pm) or email customerservice@orbelle.com with your order details, model number, and a description or photo of the issue.
